How will my order be shipped?


Your order will be shipped using ePacket delivery, and once the package arrives in your country, your order will get to you via your local courier or postal service. At every step you will receive an SMS notification about the current status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship everywhere in the world! Just be sure to check that the items you’re ordering will clear customs in your country.


How long will my order take to arrive?


Shipping to the USA, Australia and Canada will take between 4-18 days. Shipping to all other countries will take between 1-5 weeks, depending on location.


What do I do if I receive a defective product?


If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.


How can I be featured on your gallery page?


Send us pictures of you enjoying your items, or tag us on social media for the chance to be featured in our gallery.


Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit. If you have any questions, always send us an email and we will be happy to help. info@shopguin.com
